Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — free from any signs of use or wear, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return. Please do not return any dropshipped products to the address on the packaging. Instead, if you need to make a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] for the correct return address and instructions.

Damages and Issues

We conduct a thorough quality inspection before every product is shipped to ensure it meets our standards. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and work to

make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll notify you and issue a refund of 90% of the purchase price to your original payment method. The 10% deduction covers a portion of the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, though it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
